2. The Founder
30 year back Mr. Abdul Aziz, the founder of 4As Construction Company, started his career with
M/s A.Rehman Construction Company. He worked with such a passion, loyalty and sincerity
that he was promoted to in charge in no time. During that period he had also started to take small
residential contracts and completed them successfully. He has acquired extraordinary experience
in construction industry. To become a contractor he has travelled a long journey from a laborer
to a contractor which is full of throbbing and unforgettable events. Mr. Abdul Majeed his
younger brother, who got his expertise in tile and marble fixing, has been companion in this
journey. Now days they have workforce of more than 300 hundred people in Karachi and dealing
in all kind of construction related work under the umbrella of 4As Construction Company.
The company
4As is a construction company has been operating since 1983. The company ventures in both
residential and commercial construction. Historically 4As has been more focused on residential
construction and has been successfully operating in almost all areas of Karachi city for more than
30 years. The company has good experience for working on both small and large scale
construction, repair, and alteration projects. Recently the company, with view to expand its
business, has planned to cater commercial clients as well. Predict a boom in construction
activities in the mega city of Karachi we think this is the right time to expand the clientage net.

4As Commercial Contractors plans to:
 Significantly expand into the commercial and office building contracting market to
improve profit margins and increase local market share.
 Expand services and decrease costs by creating a permanent painting crew, as well
as adding a bookkeeper and an accountant to our staff.
 Begin to market and offer services in Islamabad and Lahore in preparation for opening an
office there in Year 4.

Mr. Abdul Aziz is the chairman of 4As Construction company. He has more than 30 years
experience in the field of construction. He has completed number of residential projects in
almost all parts of the Karachi city. He has earned a good reputation and name.
Abdul Majeed(Director Operations)
Mr. Abdul Majeed is more than 20 years of experience in the field of construction. He has
expertise in Tile and marble fixing. He has been associated with National Tiles and has
completed many projected of National Tiles. He has also completed many construction and
alteration projects.
Abdul Rasheed(Managing Director)
Mr. Abdul Rasheed has more than 10 years experience in the field of Finance and Management.
He has done MBA Finance, MBA Marketing and MA Economics. He manages day to day affairs
of the company i.e. financial, HR and legal matters.
Muhammed Shafique (Director Sales & Marketing)
Mr. Muhammed Shafique has over 5 years of experience in the field of sales and marketing. He
is an MBA Marketing. He oversees all the matter regarding marketing, promotion and sales. He
is the contact person and coordinates with the clients to satisfy their queries.
Muhammed Habib (Site Manager)
Mr. Muhammed Habib has more than 7 years of experience in the field of construction. He has
his expertise in tile and marble fixing. He has started his career with 4As and is associated with
the same to date.

we will be concentrating on the customers that will provide us with the greatest margin, in other
words those clients desiring, residential construction, and office building construction. This is the
