6. General Negligence
General Negligence is the failure
that to exercise the care that a
reasonable to the person would
exercise in like circumstances.
For Example : Slip at the floor

7. Recklessness
Conduct or state of mind correctorise by a
dangerous this regards of other safety or well
being resulting in creation of obvious and
substantial risk of harm to them.
For Example : A man who car break is fail but
he drive and hit someone.

9. General Intent
Most crimes require general intent, meaning
that the prosecution must prove only that
the accused meant to do an act prohibited
by law.
For Example : Two people fight together One
was hit the other badly and break the nose
but his intention is not break his nose.

11. Specific Malice
Malice is the intent without justification excuse or
reason to commit a wrongful act that will result in
harm to another.
For Example : This act is like the general intent but here
his intention to break the nose.

13. Premeditation
Something premeditation is planed in advance and has
purpose behind it. In other words it is not an incident .
A premeditation crime involves careful plan and
research before it happens.
For Example : you plan to kill someone.

15. Felony Murder Rule
The felony murder states that if a persons commits a
violent felony and another person dies as a result, the
criminal can be charged with murder, and all participants
in that felony or attempted felony can be same charged as
long as there is a casual connection.
For Example : Two friends decide to commit a robbery at a
store. They plan for one to enter the store and commit the
robbery and other stays in the car. he enters the store and
pulls a gun on store man because of some
misunderstanding he shoot the store man , who later dies.
They both are charged with murder.
