2. Problem
There will be a vehicle polishing service station where clients
will repair their car.
We have all necessary parts for delivering like a new one.The inter
arrival time is distributed exponentially mean 10 hours.The service
time of vehicles is distributed between 2 to 8 hours.
Then we have a quality control test.
Our records reveals that there is 35% chance for failure. Rest of
them will pass and go for polishing. Polishing operation needs 2
hour for each.
