 Perfection Tool & Die Engineering 2000cc (PTD) was registered &
started to operate in 1999.
 In the year 2000 PTD decided to stop manufacturing dies &
transitioned into a production base manufacturing company.
 Over the years it has serviced industries such as Armament, Motor,
Rail, Plastic, Mining, Energy & Astronomy in all types of precision
small to medium size mass produced components.
 In 2010 PTD began a process of transformation complying to BEE
requirements.
 PTD is now a proudly 51% Black Woman owned entity .

 We, the PTD Manufacturing Team, including management &
employees, strive to be the preferred source for delivering superior
quality products and excellence of service in a professionally managed
operation both for the local and export markets.
 Above all, customer satisfaction is our number one concern.

5. PTD Services
 The factory is 4000 m2 under cover situated in Boksburg and our equipment
includes, 52 x CNC Lathes, 16x CNC Machining Centres,3 x CNC Spark
eroders, as well as Conventional Milling & Turning(Ø600X3m B.C).
 Our CNC turning capabilities are Ø5mm- Ø450mm; max length 1.2m B.C.
 Our max milling capabilities with a table size 1450m x 700mm x 750mm high;
as well as a variety of 4th
axis and 5th
axis machining centre provide flexible
production planning
 We back the above mentioned up with strong CAD design and engineering
expertise with our 55 employees, 80 machines and a dedication to customer
service & quality products.
 PTD has proved to all of it’s clients that it is competent and that projects are
handled in such a manner that quality control is our number one priority.
 Here at PTD we strive to provide a market leading experience, drawing our
clients to return numerous times over in order to ensure that they acquire only
the best products and services.
