MEMORANDUM FOR RECORD
SUBJECT: Lucinda Gryder Letter of Recommendation
1. I have had the honor of knowing Lucinda for two years. Over the past two years I
have had the opportunity to get to know her as he has served as a Production Control
Clerk for the 100th Brigade Support Battalion. She is an extremely versatile individual
who has taken the responsibilities to a new level. The Brigade Support Battalion
supports three full battalions for the 75th Fires Brigade. Lucinda was directly
responsible for the processing of over 3,000 jobs for the battalion. She is
unquestionably an exceptional candidate for any job opening available.
2. Lucinda is an extremely dedicated and hard-working team player that demonstrates
an unmatched initiative to put the needs of others ahead of her own. Many people find
her enthusiasm both inspiring and motivating. With her “Can Do” attitude Lucinda has
proven to be a person to take charge and is able to develop plans and projects and
successfully implement them, often without regard for her personal needs.
3. She has been a tremendous asset to our organization. Therefore without
reservation, it is my distinct pleasure to recommend Lucinda Gryder to any organization.
