dish from Apayao, a spicy pork dish with a hint of bitterness
due to the fresh pomelo leaves. Pork is domestic pork (Sus
domesticus). It is the most consumed red meat in the world,
especially in East Asia. Pork is a high protein food and
contains varying amounts of fat. Contains all nine essential
amino acids necessary for your body's growth and
maintenance.
