Green Extreme Limited is a Zambian youth-run company focused on eco-friendly waste management programs. Their Enviroco project aims to clear litter from communities and workplaces to reduce pollution. They collect recyclable materials like plastics, paper, and aluminum to prevent environmental damage from improper disposal and lower air pollution. Green Extreme Limited partners with organizations by collecting their recyclables and providing bins, while raising awareness of pollution dangers in exchange for promoting cleanliness.

1. Introduction
Green Extreme Limited is a Zambian company ran by youths. The company is registered with
the registrar of companies under the Zambian Companies Act Chapter 388 of the Laws of Zambia
with the objective of promoting eco-friendly programs which will help improve the negative vices
harmful to the communities in our country. Our project named Enviroco is focused on working on
methods of clearing the littered waste in several communities and work places. Over the years
there has been a propensity to pollute and combust a number of materials like paper, plastics,
plastic bottles and other recyclable materials/products. This has had a negative effect on the
atmosphere adding to the carbon monoxide (a harmful compound) being produced. This company
is working on ways to engage community in promoting a healthy and greener Zambia. Our focus is
to partner with several government and private institutions in raising awareness regarding eco-
friendly programs.
Vision
▪ Set the trend in the industry through innovativeness and establish a giant recycling
company in Africa.
Objectives
• We will facilitate gainful employment for 2000 youths in Zambia within the next two years. The
majority of employees will be youths and other elderly people willing to add to the sanitation of
our environment.
• We will contribute to the prevention of environmental damage caused by the improper disposal
of non-biodegradable materials.
• Reduce on the volumes of waste been disposed of via combustion hence lower air pollution
• Reduce breeding ground for vector parasites
• Reduce the levels of pollution in major cities
• Reduce the clutters of waste in small communities
• Inform the community of the dangers of pollution

2. What do we collect?
We have a wide range of materials which we can collect. Our main focus is upon plastics, paper
and cardboard.

How do the collections work?
1. An agreement has to be signed between the client and GeX
2. GeX (if requested) will employ workers to monitor the cluster of recyclable materials
3. These workers will neatly tie the materials if requested a storage facility can be constructed
4. The goods will then be collected by an Enviroco truck or an partner company
5. This process can occur at an agreed time between 7:00am and 17:00am
6. Any problems shall be dealt with directly by our managing staff
7. Recycling bins may be provided if necessary

3. Example
This is an image of the Zambezi river. The river is so
essential to the Zambian people but it is being polluted
by many businesses which don't understand the
importance of recycling. Our mission is to reduce the
pollution damaging the communities throughout the
country one business at a time.
Terms of Reference
In creating a partnership with the institution the following will be anticipated:
▪ The institution may offer assistance to GEx management in raising awareness to the
members of staff.
▪ Advise GEx management on how waste paper, outdated books, magazines and any other
material may be stored before collection.
▪ Provide timely notice regarding any change that is, if the institution changes location.
▪ Help set up a central collection point
▪ For every collection done, the institution will not be charged anything
The company (GEx) willl be obliged to meet the following:
▪ Consistently collect the agreed material according to the schedule set from the mutual
agreement.
▪ Support the institution or company whenever they are having a function by providing bins
were attendees will be dumping respective material according to the bin name print.
▪ Arrangements maybe made regarding the collection of the other materials from different
locations.
