Employees feel the work they do to be meaningful.
They also feel they work in a challenging work environment
In which they have enough career development
opportunities (although, it is recommended to increase
this score especially now that employees indicate that
this topic influences their overall satisfaction).
Employees feel they fit in at Levi9 (which is a little lower
than Levi9 overall; 7.8) and experience job security.
12. Conclusion; points for improvement
Ukraine employees has lower scores overall than Levi9
total but has higher scores on most topics compared to
the benchmark of Ukrain.
Satisfaction on colleagues is lower than at Levi9 total.
We see that they less enjoy working with their
colleagues, they are less motivated by them and feel
they work less efficient and effective (focus on the right
things) as a department.

cooperation within the organisation
