1. 2014—2015 PARKING RULES AND REGULATIONS CHEAT SHEET
All vehicles must be registered within 24 hours of arriving to campus and at the beginning of each academic year.
PLACES YOU CAN PARK
B1-B2 between 5:00p and 7:30a
B5 - B6, B5 closes from 4:00p to 2:00a
Commuter sections of R8 & R10. READ THE SIGNS.
R14, 10-minutes timed spaces on Richmond Way until
9:00p. Available to students after 3:00p, Mon-Fri.
R19, 30-minute timed spaces on Richmond Way, near
Sara Brunet from 7:30a to 5:00p, Mon—Fri.
W30, 10-minute timed Post Office spaces. For Post
Office use only.
W33—W34, the visitor sections of Westhampton Way
and Keller Road are only available to students after
9:00p everyday.
W44, Health Center Spaces. For Health Center use
only.
Faculty/staff and visitors spaces are open to students
between 5:00p and 7:30a, Mon-Fri and all day on
weekends, unless otherwise posted.
Check the placement card, handed out during registration
and familiarize yourself with your lot assignment.

PRIOR ARRANGEMENTS
Each student is allowed 4 prior arrangements per
semester
Call before parking
Allows registered student vehicles to park in other
student lots for a specific time period
APPEALS
10-calendar day grace period on each citation received
All appeals are filed online: www.parking.richmond.edu/

Heard by student appeals board. Decisions are relayed
via email 1-2 weeks following submission.
