3. INTRODUCTION
Dear all,
On April 24th – 26th the INTERNATIONAL TRAIN the
TRAINERS conference took place at the venue of
Pension Lagáň in Radava, Slovakia. This event is an
important part of AIESEC´s conference cycle in Slovakia.
This conference has a very specific atmosphere. ITtTs is
an international conference and we welcomed the
facilitators and delegates from many countries from three
continents. More than 90 people took part in this amazing
conference.
I would like to thank to all AIESECers – facilitators,
organizing team and delegates – and of course our
partners, without whom we couldn´t be able to organize
such an event!

4. PROGRAM AGENDA
The agenda was split into 2 tracks :
BASIC
ADVANCED
The content of the agenda was built for
improving of presentation, communication and
training skills.
During the sessions the trainers provided the
delegates time and space to discover ways of
teaching others by interesting, effective and
diverse methods plus delivering trainings and
sessions by which they transfered certain
knowledge, skills or attitudes might be found
highly beneficial and appreciated in their future
roles and work.
5. PROGRAM AGENDA
The delegates were working in small groups and
everyone was constantly getting out from his/her
comfort zone.
On Saturday evening plenary, the delegates had a
special opportunity to have a ,,TED“ speech in
front of whole plenary - around 90 people! The
performance of each brave speaker was
amazing!

training
