included CRISS, Kagan, Thinking Maps, and Marzano Vocabulary instructional strategies for the Fourth

motivation. Updated grade-level Haiku with current learning targets and intentional purposeful lesson
plans and instructional strategies that ensure rigor, relevance, and authenticity. Became the classroom
facilitator as students accessed the Haiku Exemplar Lesson Plans that melded independent reading of
increasingly complex text with 21st Century technologies using 1:1 mini-laptops. Additional
responsibilities included advising, modeling, and coaching all instructional staff members as the school-
