Accessing the Eagle Network
1. Login	to	your	MYUNT	account	
• my.unt.edu	
2. Find	the	box	labeled	‘Jobs’	
• It	is	the	first	box	in	the	middle	
column.	
3. Click	on	the	link	‘Career	Center	for	
students	and	alumni’.	
• Pop-up	blockers	must	be	turned	
off.	
4. Complete	your	profile	and	upload	your	
resume.

Application Process for Students
To	apply	for	an	on-campus	position	(Work	
Study	or	Non	Work	Study),	you	must	
submit	an	application,	resume,	and	
Financial	Aid	Award	(if	applicable)	
through	the	Eagle	Network.	
There	may	be	other	requirements	
depending	on	the	department.	
1. Log	onto	the	Eagle	Network	website.	
2. To	access	the	application:		
• Go	to	Resource	Library.	
• Click	on	the	plus	sign	of	Student	
Employment.	
3. Save	the	Student	Employment	Form	
file	(it	is	a	PDF).	
• Open	in	a	Word	document	and	fill	
it	out	through	this	format.	
• Once	application	is	complete:

• Upload	application	into	the	Eagle	
Network	
o Click	on	My	Account.	
o Then	click	on	My	
Documents.	
o The	Upload	Section	is	on	the	
right	side	for	each	document	
(application,	resume,	&	
Financial	Award	Letter).	
5. If	you	were	awarded	Work	Study	for	
the	year:	
• Submit	your	Financial	Aid	Award	
Letter.	
o To	access	the	letter:	login	to	
your	MYUNT	account	
	
	
	
	
o Copy	and	paste	your	award	
information	into	a	Word	
Document.	
o Save	and	upload	Word	
Document	into	your	profile.	
6. You	are	now	ready	to	start	applying	
for	on-campus	jobs.	
	
	
Applying For On-Campus Jobs
1. To	search	for	open	positions,	click	on	
Search	Job	tab	(at	the	top	of	the	page).	
2. Under	the	Position	Type,	choose	Part-
Time	On-Campus	or	Part-Time	On-
Campus	Work	Study.	
• Be	sure	to	choose	whatever	
applies	to	you.	
3. This	will	pull	up	all	of	the	positions.	
Click	on	the	Job	Title	or	ID	to	see	
more	information	about	the	position.	
4. In	order	to	submit	your	resume	and	
application:		
• Click	the	Submit	Resume	link	at	
the	top	left	of	each	job	posting.	
5. The	department	will	receive	your	
application	and	resume.	
• It	can	take	up	to	two	weeks	
before	you	get	a	response	from	
an	on-campus	employer.	
• The	department	will	contact	you	
if	they	are	interested	in	setting	up	
an	interview.
