Laura ran a successful ski session for children where she engaged the participants and met the agreed aims of the session. She demonstrated confident leadership of 75% of the session according to the team teaching approach planned with Kenny. Laura provided precise feedback to the children that enabled high success and confidence, which was reflected in their positive feedback. Kenny approved of Laura's performance and would employ her again.

Laura ran a successful and enjoyable session in which the children were fully engaged
The agreed aims of the session were met.
The format and aims of the session had been discussed between Kenny and Laura before it
started. A team teaching approach and focus on participant personal development rather than skill
development was agreed.
Laura headed up about 75% of the session and demonstrated a very confident approach.
After observation Laura set up some ski bindings which was checked by Kenny.
She then led the session on a individualised basis using precise and objective feedback which
enabled the children to achieve a high degree of success and confidence.
This was reflected in the feedback from the participants at the end of the session.
Laura sought feed back at the end and we discussed the use of setting specific targets during feed
back and suitability of warmup activities.
All in all an excellent performance based on this session I would have no hesitation in employing
Laura.
