Appetizer/Entre’ - Prep Instructions
Bruschetta (Ver. 1)
Step 1-A: Place 6-7 small to medium
pieces of spring mix in various shapes
sizes and colors on plate as shown (this is
decorative as well as to keep the toast
from sliding around).
Step 1-B: Place 5 pieces of Italian toast
evenly spaced across Spring Mix (equally
spaced on plate as shown).
Note: the spring mix is to keep the toast
from sliding and to add decoration, not a
side salad! Follow directions as shown.
Step 2: Place 1 Heaping tablespoon of
Bruschetta mix on Italian toast. (As
Shown).
Step 3: Sprinkle each piece
Lightly with Parmesan-
Cheese, leaving light
sprinkles on the plate

Step 4-A: Place 4-5 Drops of Balsamic reduction on each piece (as
Shown)
Step 4-B: Place 5-6 Drops of Balsamic reduction along inside edge of
plate and drag the edge of a knife, spoon or, fork through it to create
dragging lines for a design (as shown) and SERVE
