We strongly advise you to request a shipment tracking number from
your delivery service (e.g., UPS, Federal Express or the United States
Postal Service). A tracking number allows for online verification of the
date you shipped your equipment to us and the date we received it.
Please note that if you currently have a contractual arrangement with
the company, you will be expected to fulfill the terms of the agreement.
