highest). Tertiary Education 51%
2. Israel (GDP per capita: $26,531 (13th
lowest), Tertiary Education 46%
3. Japan (GDP per capita: $33,785 (18th
highest), Tertiary Education 45%
4. USA (GDP per capita: $46,548 (4th
highest), Tertiary Education 42%
5. New Zealand (GDP per capita: $29,711 (17th
lowest), Tertiary Education 41%
6. South Korea (GDP per capita: $28,797 (16th
lowest), Tertiary Education 40%
7. UK (GDP per capita: $35,756 (15th
