We are pleased to announce that the 15th Interna-
tional Conference on Advances in ICT for Emerging
Regions (ICTer2015) will be held from 24th to 26th
August at BMICH, Colombo, Sri Lanka.
The main conference will take place on 24th Monday
and 25th Tuesday,August 2015 at BMICH, Colombo in
conjunction with the 8th International Conference on
Ubi-Media Computing (UMEDIA2015).
