MEDIA
Bates Chemical provides quality activated carbon available in powder, granular
and pellet form, manufactured from wood, coal and coconut shell. We offer virgin
and reactivated carbon, NSF carbon, as well as acid-washed and impregnated
carbon.
Other media available include diatomaceous earth, clay adsorbents, natural
zeolite, molecular sieve and activated alumina.
CARBON ADSORBERS
Our complete line of liquid and vapor phase carbon adsorbers are available for
purchase, lease or rental. We can provide low and high-pressure carbon adsorbers
suitable for flow rates of 10 – 200 GPM and 150 – 10,000 CFM, as well as 180 lb. and
300 lb. drum adsorbers.
SERVICES
Bates Chemical, Inc. provides turn-key packages, which includes vacuum and
rebed service, off-site separation as well as carbon disposal and/or reactivation
service for non-hazardous spent carbon.
Our technical support is a valuable resource for our customers. We provide quick
valuations of customers' applications including projected performance, financial
proposals, as well as answer general carbon questions - All backed by over 30 years of
