SUBJECT: Letter of Appreciation
1. This letter is to express my sincere appreciation to LaShawnda Noble The job she has done at
Brooke Army Medical Center in the Department of Hospital Education (DHE) has been
outstanding. She arrived on the 17th
of August 2015 and took off running. She identified
weaknesses in card accountability and developed a triple check system to ensure 100%
compliance with American Heart Association Standards. Moreover her assistance was
instrumental in preparing for the Staff Assistance Visit which our department received a 97%.
Her efforts significantly decreased the workload and increased the effectiveness of the mission.
2. She demonstrated due diligence and was meticulous in sorting, filing and organizing the
daunting task of updating and preparing over 300 Advance Cardiac Life Support, Basic Life
Support and Pediatric Advance Life Support records that affect over 8000 hospital employees.
Her patience and ability to understand complex processes and systems with appropriate questions
and minimal guidance is commendable.
3. Her dedication to duty and selfless service positively impacted the success of DHE’s Cardio
Pulmonary Training Office.
