4. Until only twenty years ago,
Runeterra was on a collision
course with disaster. As
quickly as Runeterra's
denizens would band
together in ancient times as
tribes, opposing tribes
would war to settle their
disputes. No matter the era,
the preferred choice of
warfare has always been
magical. Armies would be
enhanced or decimated by
spell and rune alike.
Champions made the most
Runeterra is the world
in which the continent
of Valoran exists, along
with the League of
Legends and all its
champions.
5. of magical items forged for
them as they led or
supported armies.
Summoers- often the de facto
leaders of Valoran’s political
forces- would unleash magical
powers directly against foes
and their holdings with little
regard for consequence. With
such an abundance of raw
magical power at their
disposal, there was little
motivation for summoners to
explore more
environmentally-friendly
forms of warfare.
Within the last two hundred
years, however, the dangers of
unchecked magical warfare
began to expose the fragility of
Runeterra to everyone residing
in Valoran. The last two Rune
Wars drastically altered the
geophysical landscape of
Valoran, even after magical
energy was focused on restoring
it. Violent earthquakes and
horrific magically-fueled storms
made life on Valoran
challenging, even before
factoring in the horror of
warfare on the populace.
6. It was theorized that another
unchecked Rune War would tear
the world asunder. As a direct
response to the world's growing
physical and political instability,
Valoran's key magicians –
including many powerful
summoners – came to the
conclusion that conflicts needed
to be resolved in a controllable
and systemic way. They formed
an organization called the League
of Legends whose purpose was
to oversee the orderly resolution
of political conflict in Valoran.
Housed in the Institute of War,
the League would be given
the authority by Valoran's
political entities to govern
the outcomes of the
organized conflict they
would administer.

9. What I meant to say is…
• League of Legends, for me, has a very
challenging and mind-testing system that
requires social relativity, the ability to
communicate, a mind that finds ways,
the characteristic to fight back and never
give up, competitiveness, a personality
worth for a victor, and most of all
someone who can accept defeat.
10.
11.
12. THE PLACE WHERE IT ALL BEGINS
• League of Legends offers a number
of different maps for gamers to
conquer. These battlegrounds, or
"Fields of Justice," each feature
different terrain, objectives and
victory conditions, as well as varied
summoner spells and items.
13. The Crystal Scar features
five capture points
arranged in a circle
around a powerful team
buff.
The Howling Abyss
features two teams of
five champions
battling over a single
lane.
14. The second Field of
Justice added to League
of Legends, Twisted
Treeline, features two
lanes and teams of three
champions.
Summoner's Rift remains the
battleground of choice for the
majority of players. Two teams
of five champions battle across
three lanes and an expansive
jungle that holds powerful
buffs and major neutral
objectives.
17. THE MONEYDEALERS
• Each team has a support called
“minions”. Minions and monsters,
when killed, drop coins allowing
champions to buy items.
• Minions help the team in many ways
like destroying their structures.
18.
19. • Champions in LoL are the characters in a
movie, they are the ones that give life to the
scene.
• Each champion has a distinct feature,
animation, role in a game, and skill.
• In-game, gamers pick their champions and use
them to win a battle.
22. • An item is an artifact or object
carried by champions to enhance
their performance in the field of
justice. A champion can only bring 6
items and a trinket, an object that
reveals the unseen part of the map.
23. • There are various items a champion can get all
according to which a gamer desires. Although,
some items are recommended for specific
roles.
• Coins collected from killing champions and
monsters are needed to buy items.
24.
25. The Ranks Among Gamers
• League system is a ranking system to find
other players of a similar skill level to play with
or against. Scores can be added if a gamer
plays a ranked gamed (a kind of game wherein
the victors win League points).
• There are 7 stages in a league: bronze, silver,
gold, platinum, diamond, master, and
challenger.
26.
27. • Champion skins refer to the appearance of the
character.
• Every champion has various skins.
• Skins are bought at the riot store, awarded in
events, and given in other special occasions.
• Each skin makes the champion’s overall
appearance including skill appearance, and
voices different.
28.
29. The encouragers & helpers
• In the League of Legends, we can play with
friends, chat with them, socialize with them,
and even give them a gift.
• Friends, in LoL, usually helps gamers through
ranking up and getting money.
• League of Legends is a connection between
people, known and unknown.
