• Kovair Kanban is a Web based visual Kanban Board with rich features supporting drag-n-drop,
color coded story cards, including Class of Service, WIP Limits definition, Swimlanes, To-do
lists as well as metrics dashboard and reports.

1. Add Card - Click on this icon to add Card.
2. Board List - Click on this icon to see the list of Kanban Boards which already been created.
3. Backlogs - Click on this icon to see the list of Backlog cards (Those cards have been saved as backlogs).
From this list user can add cards in to a specific board.
4. Archived Card List - Click this icon to see the list of cards which are already sent in archive.
5. Archive Board List - Click this icon, It will open the Archive Board list. All the archived board will be available
in the Archive Board dropdown.
6. Archive Board - Click on this icon to Archive the Kanban board
7. Dashboard - Click this icon to open the Kanban Dashboard. The Dashboard will contain all the predefined
reports.

• Kovair Kanban Card Options
1. Activity Log - Click on the Activity Log icon to view all the activities done against a
particular card.
2. Move to Backlog - You can move a card to the backlog archive based on the level of
priority and work on the new assigned task.
3. Task - You can add a new task for a card from the Task option.
4. View Comment - To view a comment against a particular comment, click on the Comment
icon.
5. Unblock - Click on the Block icon to restrict any other developer from working on a
particular assigned task that you are already working on.
6. Relations - Click on the Relations icon to relate which entities are to be linked. You can
view this on the Relation(s) that opens once you click on the icon.
7. Flag - Set priority against a particular card by clicking on this Flag option.
8. Remove - To delete the card permanently, click on the Delete option.
