1. • Case 04:
• A 56-year-old female with Dermatofibrosarcoma
protruberans of lower abdomen and groin region.
Wide local excision was performed.Due to
involvement of common iliac vein ,repair was
done with vein graft by microsurgery and
pedicled Anterior-lateral thigh flap was done
based on descending branch of lateral circumflex
femoral artery.
