Community Solutions focuses it services specifically on the
following service areas in West Philadelphia:

This includes the Wynnefield, Overbrook, Girard Park and
Haddington neighborhoods. While we will not refuse
service or assistance to others located outside of this
catchment area, the primary focus of our services and
programs will be for these residents and businesses.
Programs & Services
Community Solutions offers programs and services to help
spur economic redevelopment in West Philadelphia. This
includes:
§ Financial Literacy and Empowerment programs
§ Youth Mentoring and Enrichment programs
§ Homebuyer counseling and purchase assistance
§ Health and Wellness programs
§ Career exploration and development assistance
§ Assistance for residents transitioning/re-entering
from incarceration
Through our community based and focused programs and
initiatives, our goal is to restore our target area of West
Philadelphia back to the prominence it once held
How You Can Help
As a nonprofit organization, Community Solutions focuses
on using its resources including monetary assets to serve
the community. While some of the revenue needed to
deliver the programs and services are generated by
various activities and programs offered by Community
Solutions, the generosity of individuals and organizations
is welcomed. Monetary donations as well as service in lieu
of are greatly appreciated.
Please note: as a 501(3)(c) entity, all donations are tax
deductible in the year given.
