be entitled to recover, in addition to the amount of debt due, all of its costs and attorneys fees, and (2) buyer/debtor agrees that liability of all merchandise ordered is not waived and buyer
agrees to be held personally liable in the event that the indicated person, company or association fails to pay for any part or the full amount of any merchandise received by Janska, LLC.
Interest will be charged on outstanding balances OVER 30 DAYS OLD at a rate of 2.0% per month (24% per annum) or to the extent permitted by law. Returns are subject to a 15% restocking
