A young woman started a car service called the Walk of Shame Shuttle to pick up hungover and embarrassed people in the mornings after nights of drinking and questionable decisions. The service has grown popular in many cities as it offers a judgment-free ride home for people to share their stories. The proposed reality TV show would follow the woman and her crew as they rescue humiliated clients in Los Angeles, known for its bad traffic and dating scene, capturing candid moments as people recover from their nights.
1. LOGLINE: a young woman runs a car service
that picks up the humiliated, hung-over,
and haunted, whose overindulgence led to
a questionable decision the night before.
SYNOPSIS: It’s the morning after consuming an immeasur-
able amount of tequila shots. You wake up in some
stranger’s bed and need to find a way home before his
neighbors spot you in a miniskirt and six inch metallic heels
at 8AM. Who do you call? The Walk of Shame Shuttle.
Every Sunday morning, countless girls wake up: disheveled,
in last night’s freakum dress, mascara smeared, in some
loser’s apartment, with the headache from hell. A humiliat-
ing college ritual, thanks to young entrepreneur, Kellyann
Wargo, the “walk of shame”, just got a dose of dignity.
Invented by Wargo, during her time as the go-to morning
after ride for her shameful and hung-over college friends,
The Walk of Shame Shuttle has grown into a successful
business with drivers in cities all over the country.
Taxicab Confessions meets Blind Date you never know
who’s jumping into The Walk of shame Shuttle next.
In the city known for having the worst traffic and dating
scene (Los Angeles), watch as Kellyann and her crew rescue
humiliated clients from their bizarre Hollywood nights.
Contrary to riding in the backseat of a disapproving taxicab,
clients feel comfortable sharing their outrageous stories in
a judgment-free zone; instead of looks of criticism, clients
are greeted with a bottle of water, some sound advice, and
a smile. With most of the clients coming down from the
night before, this is an opportunity to capture a candid,
raw, unscripted adventure that many Americans can relate
to.
The Walk of Shame Shuttle can’t erase the night before,
but they can help you get through the morning after.
