Kim has worked for 16 years as a PCB Designer and Drawing Office supervisor at Data Track Technology. Her duties included designing simple and complex printed circuit boards using CADSTAR software. She maintained schematic and parts libraries and produced manufacturing documentation. Kim was also involved in selecting and setting up the company's parts data management and engineering change control systems. 1. I have known Kim for 16 years in my role as Project Engineer and latterly Engineering
Manager at Data Track Technology. Kim was a key member of the Design and Development
team at Data Track Technology in her position of PCB Designer and latterly Drawing Office
supervisor. Kim’s duties whilst working for the company included design and layout of many
of the Printed circuit boards used within the company’s products, from simple single sided
designs to complex multi layer designs requiring high speed design techniques. Kim is self
motivated and able to work to engineer’s design requirements and Schematic diagrams to
strict timescales with minimal supervision. Kim is fully conversant with Zuken CADSTAR PCB
Design systemand has been responsible for the control and maintenance of the company’s
extensive schematic and parts libraries. During her time with the company Kim has also
been responsible for producing and the maintenance of manufacturing documentation,
drawings and bill of materials. Kim was involved in the selection process and is responsible
for setting up the company’s Parts data management and engineering change control
system. Kim has also been fully involved in the company’s ISO9000 internal Quality system
performing for many years as an Internal Auditor. Kim has been a key member of the
Engineering team, with good interpersonal skills working well with others both within the
team and companywide as and when required. Kim has always taken on new challenges and
tasks enthusiastically and overcome difficulties with great determination and self motivation
to succeed.
I have always found Kim to be hard working, trustworthy respectful and loyal and would
have no hesitation in recommending her any role involving PCB design or in any Engineering
Drawing related role .
