• Proven track record in exceeding cash targets, reducing DSO & bad debts whilst reducing overheads.
• Promoting, developing and ensuring good credit management runs through the whole business, from sales to the
collection of payments.
• Creating a greater awareness of the financial implications of granting credit terms to customers and improving
payment performance
• Implementing business strategies that align with the risk appetite and tolerance level approved by the Board.
• I’m proactive and inject a sense of energy and creativity into my department/workplace. I have the skill to create a

• One of my main achievements was increasing operating cash flow and reducing of 20% in outstanding debtor days .
• Design and maintain the Credit Control Policy base on customers’ performance (risk level/sales revenue/payment
status) to ensure healthy sales development trend.
