CAD (SolidWorks Certified Associate, PTC Creo, EagleCAD), Programming (C++, Python, Java, ex-
perience with OpenGL, programming for high-performance computing), Electronics (PCB design via
EagleCAD and others, analog and digital electronics), 3D Printing, 3D Modeling, Applied Mathemat-
ics (B.S. in Engineering Physics expected graduation May 2017), Leadership (Supervise projects in
laboratory environment, was a supervisor for teams of 15+ before present employment).
experience
2013–Now JILA (Formerly the Joint Institute for Laboratory Astrophysics Boulder, Colorado
Undergraduate Research Assistant
I machine parts and work on projects related to cold molecule research. Addition-
ally my most recent work has focused on mathematical modelling of ion coulomb
crystals, which are structures of individual ions that form elaborate crystals that can
be used to study interstellar chemistry or even build quantum computers. My work
has allowed for these crystals to be explored graphically, with simulated microscope
images and animated 3D fly-throughs that allow these structures to be analyzed in
unprecedented detail.
2010–2013 Water World Colorado Federal Heights, Colorado
Guest Service Supervisor, formerly Guest Services and Grounds Team
-Managing teams of 15 people or more, coordinating the operation of several con-
cession stands, rides, information kiosks, and inner tube distribution centers.
-Handling phone calls from customers and vendors
-Handling tech support for park technology (bar code scanners, mobile point of sale
systems, etc) and website
-Handling the distribution of money between concession stands and information
kiosks and ensuring that the money was routinely returned to accounting throughout
the day for reconciling
-Handling guest complaints and issues promptly and professionally
education
2013–Now B.Eng. in Engineering Physics [3.3] University of Colorado Boulder
Emphasis in computer modeling, atomic and optical physics, and a minor in Com-
puter Engineering. Also a candidate for an Engineering Leadership Certificate. Ex-
pected graduation May 2017.
2009–2013 High School Horizon High School, Thornton Colorado
I started a community service project centered around providing inexpensive inter-
active whiteboards to teachers. They operate similar to SMARTBoards and utilize a
Nintendo Wii remote and an infrared pen to create an interactive teaching surface
for less than $100- a fraction of the cost of similar systems. I have installed over 30
systems in 7 metro Denver schools and run a website and wiki to help teachers get
started.

arship for any school in the state of Colorado.
2015 Engineering Fellow University of Colorado Boulder
I was selected as a top engineering student to work with a group that helps tutor and
provide educational resources to students in CU Boulder’s engineering program. I
help run exam reviews and hold office hours to help students with their classwork.
