• A document to establish Identity, such as a State
issued photo ID or Drivers License, or a School ID
AND
• A document to establish Right to Work, such as a
Social Security card, Birth Certificate, US Citizen ID
OR
• A document that establishes both Identity and Right
to Work, such as a US Passport or Permanent
