Cryptocurrency & Blockchain
What is Cryptocurrency?
The Concept
A digital currency used to complete financial transactions using blockchain technology.
The first cryptocurrency to implement blockchain technology was BITCOIN!
It is essential to understand the technology when participating in Cryptocurrency
$$
Provides high
security and cannot
be counterfeited
A means of
storing value
digitally
Does not require the need
of a Centralized Authority
What is Blockchain?
Blockchain is a decentralized ledger that is open to anybody. As the word says, it is a “chain” of “blocks”
linked together. Each block contains information of transactions, detailing who is participating in the
transaction, the time, date and amount transferred, and finally each block stores a unique code (a “hash”) to
distinguish them from other blocks.
How Blocks are added to the Blockchain
1) “A” transfers funds to “B” 2) Nodes confirm the transaction 3) Block is given “hash” and added
to the Blockchain

How to obtain Cryptocurrency
1) Purchase BTC/BTCV from a Crypto Exchange
• You can use one of the many cryptocurrency exchanges operating around the world to purchase BTC or BTCV.
• Create a digital account after choosing a market, and deposit funds to purchase the currency.
Purchasing from an exchange give the user a set amount
only. There is no opportunity to create additional value.
2) Participate in the mining process and be daily mining income
• Participate in the mining process of BTC or BTCV as a “node” and obtain the block reward when you add the
block to the blockchain
Participating in Mining gives the user the opportunity to increase the
amount of coins one could hold and potential for additional value.
What is Mining?
What is Mining? The miners process the approval
of transactions to connect the block to the blockchain.
Once a block is approved, it is added to the blockchain.
A block is approved and added to the blockchain when miners confirm the
transaction and solve the “complex mathematical problem”. The first miner
to solve this and add the block to the chain is given the block reward, BTC
or BTCV, depending on blockchain transactions are being approved.
When one block is connected to the blockchain, it is
stored on the distributed ledger, and the miners begin to
process the transactions of the next block to obtain
the block reward.
6.25 BTC
What is Mining?
Key Factors of Mining
Difficulty – As more “nodes” participate in mining, the difficulty
to solve the block to obtain the reward is adjusted.
(BTC and BTCV = average 10 minutes)
Mining Pool – Miners combining together to form a pool to compete
more effectively, and increasing their chance to receive the block reward.
Hash Rate – A “hash” is the mathematical problem the nodes need to solve.
“Hash rate” is the number of guesses your miner can make per second.
Block Reward – The number of BTC or BTCV generated when a miner finds the solution. BTC is
halved every 210,000 blocks. Currently 6.25 BTC/10min with halving expected in 2024.
Miningdifficulty
Mining power
Miners Power Consumption – The higher the power consumption of the miner,
the more that is required to be paid in electricity costs. (loss of profit)
Pool Fees – The percentage of earnings taken for the service of using the Mining Pool
Bitcoin Price – The mined Bitcoin converted to any other currency will show profitability
TXID – A unique “Transaction ID” generated to view completed transactions. Specifies the
wallet addresses of the sender and receiver, amount transferred, date, time and the fee.
Reasons for Increasing or Decreasing Mining difficulty
If more miners participate in the mining, it is more likely to create the block faster. Therefore, to maintain
an average of 10 minutes per block the difficulty to solve the mathematical problem is increased or
decreased depending on the total number of miners participating in the network.
The First Cryptocurrency – Bitcoin
Bitcoin
The first cryptocurrency created by an anonymous programmer, Satoshi
Nakamoto on the 1st
of November, 2008, using blockchain technology.
Differences between FIAT (Paper Money) and Bitcoin
FIAT Bitcoin
Creation Process Issued by certain institutions, like banks Anyone can participate in the process as a miner
Transaction Ledger
Information on the ledger is not
transparent and operated by institutions
Distributed Ledger. Transaction history and
balances can be viewed by anyone on the network
Transaction fees Fee for overseas remittance can be costly Significantly lower fees for any transaction
Transaction times
Approximately 3 days for oversea
transactions to be processed (working days)
Transactions processed once block is added
to the blockchain. Approximately 10 minutes
The Potential of Bitcoin
1) Scarcity
Bitcoin has a total of 21 million coins in total, with the last coin expected to be mined
by 2140. As there is a set total of coins to be mined, the value and demand is
expected to grow and this also prevents inflation as no more coins can be issued.
2) Decentralization
The distributed ledger is decentralized and anyone who participates can view
and be part of approving all transactions. Not like a centralized system, such as
Banks, where the ledger is private and controlled by the institution only.
3) Value increase as block reward is halved
Bitcoin’s block reward is halved every 210,000 block (approximately every 4 years).
Past records show after the block reward has halved, the value of Bitcoin has
increased.
The Potential of Bitcoin
History of Bitcoin halving
The total amount of Bitcoin is 21 million, with the last coin
expected to be mined by 2140. Every 210,000 blocks
(approximately 4 years) the block reward is halved.
1) About 18 million Bitcoin’s have already been mined
2) Currently 6.25 Bitcoin’s are mined per 10 minutes, with
the next half-period expected in 2024
(Block reward – 6.25BTC/10min)
3) Past halving shows that the value of Bitcoin increases
after the block reward decreases.

The Potential of Bitcoin Vault (BTCV)
Great Benefits of Mining
Bitcoin Vault is mined using the same ASIC chip and using the same algorithm as BTC, SHA 256. This has
the potential for current Bitcoin miners to switch to mining Bitcoin Vault and increasing the mining network
which would lead to the value of the coin to increase. Also, both coins use “Proof of Work” to confirm
transactions, and create a real ecosystem as the mined coins are converted to pay for infrastructure and
maintenance of the Mining farms.

Mining of BTCV
(coin distribution)
Fair Distribution
As BTCV was not pre-mined, the block rewards from
the 1st block have been distributed fairly to all
miners. This provides confidence that the coins value
cannot be manipulated. (A large amount of BTC can
be sold and the price of the coin can be affected)
High Block Reward
The block reward of BTCV is currently 150
BTCV/10mins. Miners who participate at the early
stages of mining can expect high mining returns.
(The reduction of BTCV is set to catch the BTC block
reward in 2024 as shown on the table and will
following the halving schedule of BTC from this
point.)
The Potential of Bitcoin Vault (BTCV)
There is no direct correlation between Hashrate and Price, but as seen below there is generally a
larger Marketcap in relation to the larger Hashrate, resulting in a higher price for the coin
Coin Network Hashrate Marketcap(Billion) Price Block Reward Marketcap/Price
Bitcoin 114 EH $132 $7,200 12.5 0.01833
Bitcoin Cash 1.65 EH $4.35 $237 12.5 0.01835
Bitcoin SV 1.48 EH $3.60 $196 12.5 0.01836
Bitcoin Vault 5.00 EH $64.00 150
Data from 20th
April 2020. – Block Reward of BTCV reduced to 150 in May 2024
The network Hashrate of BTCV has surpassed that of Bitcoin Cash and Bitcoin SV. When the block reward of
BTCV is the same as that of Bitcoin, BTCV has the potential to be the second largest coin in the Crypto
market

3. Transparency
Mining City offers plans which allow individuals to rent out hash power of a period of 1100 days and daily
mining can be calculated using the ‘daily mining formula’ as the electricity expense per day is provided
Mining Machine – M21S
In February 2020 MineBest, the strategic partner
of Mining City, presented the option to switch to
mining with brand new Whatsminer M21S
miners. It replaced Antminer S9 miners. The
M21S is a vastly more efficient machine which
means it may bring higher mining rewards.
Benefits of Lower Power Consumption with M21S
(BTC/BTCV):
1. Daily mining income increase as electricity
expenses are reduced
2. Low power consumption increases the life
expectancy of each miner
3. Uses the same algorithm for mining BTC/BTCV:
SHA – 256
Mining City “Gold Plan – 35TH/s” daily electricity fee
M21S daily electricity fee
0.0475($) × 0.06(Kw) × 35(TH/s) × 24(hr) = $2.39 per day
Other Miner (S9) daily electricity fee
0.0475($) × 0.1(Kw) × 35(TH/s) × 24(hr) = $7.98 per day
M21S Specifications
Hashrate: 56TH/s
Power Cost: 3360W
1TH/s = power consumption
rate of 60W.
*For S9, 1TH/s = 100W
consumption*

CP3 – Plan Bonus
This Compensation Plan is based on the Team Tree and takes into consideration the Mining Plan
purchases of Members in your Team Tree. Commissions are generated when a Member in your Team A,
Team B, or B–A Structure makes a Mining Plan purchase. Depending on the type of Mining Plan purchased,
the commissions are earned in either BTC or BTCV.
You can receive Compensation Plan 3 Commissions for each Member’s Mining Plans up to the Mining Plan
total you purchased. Commissions exceeding the amount that you are entitled to receive are placed in your
Commission Held balance (Aside Balance). To unlock funds from the Commission Held balance, purchase
additional Mining Plans to raise your total Mining Plans.
It is important to note that BTC and
BTCV plans are counted separately.
Commissions for the Purchases in
your Team Tree:
Team A
You earn 5% in Commissions
for the Mining Plan purchases of
the Members in your
Team A (1st Level only).
Team B
You earn 10% in Commissions for
the Mining Plan purchases of the
Members in your
Team B (1st Level only).

  • 1. Together we grow English Presentation 2020 Disclaimer: All information within this guidebook is only a guide and all potential increases stated is based on the figures stated within the book. All personal purchases should be made with due care and self understanding of the cryptocurrency market.
  • 3. What is Cryptocurrency? The Concept A digital currency used to complete financial transactions using blockchain technology. The first cryptocurrency to implement blockchain technology was BITCOIN! It is essential to understand the technology when participating in Cryptocurrency $$ Provides high security and cannot be counterfeited A means of storing value digitally Does not require the need of a Centralized Authority
  • 4. What is Blockchain? Blockchain is a decentralized ledger that is open to anybody. As the word says, it is a “chain” of “blocks” linked together. Each block contains information of transactions, detailing who is participating in the transaction, the time, date and amount transferred, and finally each block stores a unique code (a “hash”) to distinguish them from other blocks. How Blocks are added to the Blockchain 1) “A” transfers funds to “B” 2) Nodes confirm the transaction 3) Block is given “hash” and added to the Blockchain A B $
  • 5. How to obtain Cryptocurrency 1) Purchase BTC/BTCV from a Crypto Exchange • You can use one of the many cryptocurrency exchanges operating around the world to purchase BTC or BTCV. • Create a digital account after choosing a market, and deposit funds to purchase the currency. Purchasing from an exchange give the user a set amount only. There is no opportunity to create additional value. 2) Participate in the mining process and be daily mining income • Participate in the mining process of BTC or BTCV as a “node” and obtain the block reward when you add the block to the blockchain Participating in Mining gives the user the opportunity to increase the amount of coins one could hold and potential for additional value.
  • 6. What is Mining? What is Mining? The miners process the approval of transactions to connect the block to the blockchain. Once a block is approved, it is added to the blockchain. A block is approved and added to the blockchain when miners confirm the transaction and solve the “complex mathematical problem”. The first miner to solve this and add the block to the chain is given the block reward, BTC or BTCV, depending on blockchain transactions are being approved. When one block is connected to the blockchain, it is stored on the distributed ledger, and the miners begin to process the transactions of the next block to obtain the block reward. 6.25 BTC
  • 7. What is Mining? Key Factors of Mining Difficulty – As more “nodes” participate in mining, the difficulty to solve the block to obtain the reward is adjusted. (BTC and BTCV = average 10 minutes) Mining Pool – Miners combining together to form a pool to compete more effectively, and increasing their chance to receive the block reward. Hash Rate – A “hash” is the mathematical problem the nodes need to solve. “Hash rate” is the number of guesses your miner can make per second. Block Reward – The number of BTC or BTCV generated when a miner finds the solution. BTC is halved every 210,000 blocks. Currently 6.25 BTC/10min with halving expected in 2024. Miningdifficulty Mining power
  • 8. Miners Power Consumption – The higher the power consumption of the miner, the more that is required to be paid in electricity costs. (loss of profit) Pool Fees – The percentage of earnings taken for the service of using the Mining Pool Bitcoin Price – The mined Bitcoin converted to any other currency will show profitability TXID – A unique “Transaction ID” generated to view completed transactions. Specifies the wallet addresses of the sender and receiver, amount transferred, date, time and the fee. Reasons for Increasing or Decreasing Mining difficulty If more miners participate in the mining, it is more likely to create the block faster. Therefore, to maintain an average of 10 minutes per block the difficulty to solve the mathematical problem is increased or decreased depending on the total number of miners participating in the network.

  • 10. The Potential of Bitcoin 1) Scarcity Bitcoin has a total of 21 million coins in total, with the last coin expected to be mined by 2140. As there is a set total of coins to be mined, the value and demand is expected to grow and this also prevents inflation as no more coins can be issued. 2) Decentralization The distributed ledger is decentralized and anyone who participates can view and be part of approving all transactions. Not like a centralized system, such as Banks, where the ledger is private and controlled by the institution only. 3) Value increase as block reward is halved Bitcoin’s block reward is halved every 210,000 block (approximately every 4 years). Past records show after the block reward has halved, the value of Bitcoin has increased.
  • 11. The Potential of Bitcoin History of Bitcoin halving The total amount of Bitcoin is 21 million, with the last coin expected to be mined by 2140. Every 210,000 blocks (approximately 4 years) the block reward is halved. 1) About 18 million Bitcoin’s have already been mined 2) Currently 6.25 Bitcoin’s are mined per 10 minutes, with the next half-period expected in 2024 (Block reward – 6.25BTC/10min) 3) Past halving shows that the value of Bitcoin increases after the block reward decreases. • 15. The Potential of Bitcoin Vault (BTCV) Great Benefits of Mining Bitcoin Vault is mined using the same ASIC chip and using the same algorithm as BTC, SHA 256. This has the potential for current Bitcoin miners to switch to mining Bitcoin Vault and increasing the mining network which would lead to the value of the coin to increase. Also, both coins use “Proof of Work” to confirm transactions, and create a real ecosystem as the mined coins are converted to pay for infrastructure and maintenance of the Mining farms. • 16. Global adaption Early Adaptors 1st half of 2020 2nd half of 2020 Mining of BTCV (coin distribution) Fair Distribution As BTCV was not pre-mined, the block rewards from the 1st block have been distributed fairly to all miners. This provides confidence that the coins value cannot be manipulated. (A large amount of BTC can be sold and the price of the coin can be affected) High Block Reward The block reward of BTCV is currently 150 BTCV/10mins. Miners who participate at the early stages of mining can expect high mining returns. (The reduction of BTCV is set to catch the BTC block reward in 2024 as shown on the table and will following the halving schedule of BTC from this point.)
