The Ring is on Fire
The heat is back,
and by that we mean
Lucy Lewis a junior youth
exhibitor from Black River
Falls, Wisconsin. Lewis trav-
eled over 700 miles south
to compete in this year’s
youth zone invitational for
the second year in a row.
In 2015, Lewis took
home first place in her
zone invitational class and
came back for a second
round this year. Lewis
described her time at the
2016 PWC as “pretty awe-
some so far” she came
into the invitational with
three grand and three re-
serve buckles and ribbons
from just the very first four
days of the show. Lewis
started pleasure riding
with a rescue horse when
she was seven years old
and has been on fire ever
since.
Last night Lewis rep-
resented zone five, where
she is ranked number one
in points. Lewis has official-
ly proved she is a ball of
fire, stay updated and see
if she is the returning zone
five youth junior champion
on Monday June, 20 2016.

come have dinner provided by PtHA at the Cook-
out / Welcome Party. Hamburgers, Hotdogs and
Soda will be provided starting at 5:30 pm outside of
the Exchange Building. After the party, join in the
Pavilion for the PWC Dog Show. Classes will include:
owner/ dog look alike, trickster, obstacles and more.
