Introducing
HTS ICE
Internal Continuing
Education
To further our growth as employees and to gain more
knowledge on products, services and business practices,
HTS is implementing an Internal Continuing Education
(ICE) program. This point-based system will be an easy and
effective way to make sure we remain the experts in our field
and efficient employees in the office.

How do I track my points? What types of training
can I attend?

Similar to PE credits for engineers, for every hour of attendance in a training session,
1 ICE point will be accrued (i.e. attending an HTS University module would count as
3 ICE points). Everyone must partake in at least 15 hours per fiscal year, whether it
is in person or logging into a webinar.
For every training session you attend, log the date of the
meeting, and/or the meeting ICE point #. If you’re in a
training session that doesn’t have an ICE Point #, then
just put the date and description (i.e. ‘HTS-U Module 5’).
