The packing team rotates positions every hour in a set order to promote ergonomics and efficiency. During breaks, a relief worker takes over each position in the rotation order. Team members return to their original positions after breaks unless the hourly rotation has occurred. On Mondays through Thursdays, members start at the "next" position in line, while Fridays allow the first arrivals to choose.
