Dec. 1: Grand Re-Opening Celebration – City Park Pavilion. This event will
begin at 5:30 p.m. at City Pavilion, 100 Army Navy Dr. The festivities will include
children fun, skateboarding, health screening & nutrition, walking, a live jazz band,

Dec. 1: Beechwood Children’s Charity Night. Children’s Charity Night begins
at 6:00 pm at Beechwood Restaurant and Lounge, 4451 East Clay Street. All proceeds
will benefit Rainbow Farms Therapeutic Riding and Jacobs Ladder Learning Center.
The night will include live auction and live entertainment. There will be a $10 cover

Dec. 2: Vicksburg High School Acapella Christmas. This event will be from
6:00 p.m. to 8:00 p.m. at the Old Court House Museum, 1008 Cherry Street.
Admission to the concert will be free, but donations will be accepted. Seating is

Dec. 2: "I'm Dreaming of a Cotton Christmas" Party. This event will begin at
7:30 p.m. at the Old Constitution Firehouse Gallery, 1204 Main Street. This Delta
themed bash is the annual Vicksburg Art Association Christmas Party. Tickets are $30

Dec. 3: Pajama’s, Pancakes, & Planes – Breakfast with Santa. This event will
be from 8:00 a.m. to 9:30 a.m. and 10:00 a.m. to 11:30 a.m. at the Southern Heritage
Air Foundation Museum Hangar located at the Vicksburg-Tallulah Regional Airport,
take exit 182 (Mound, LA) off of I-20 W. Enjoy a pancake breakfast, lots of fun
Christmas activities and a photo with Santa. This event is $10 per seat with limited

Dec. 3: Holly Days Arts & Crafts Show. This event is from 9:00 a.m. until 3:00
p.m. Admission is $1. Holly Days will feature a room full of quality vendors
showcasing their arts and crafts, plus local talent will entertain the attendees. The live
entertainment includes RiverPointe Dance Students (9-9:30 a.m.), Jeanne Evans
Music Students (9:45-10:15 a.m.), Church of the Holy Trinity, Conservatory of the
Fine Arts Student Orchestra (10:30-11 a.m.), Judy Buys Music Students (11:15-11:45
a.m.), Debra Franco Preparatory School of Dance (noon-12:30 p.m.), Hannah Belle
(12:45-1:15 p.m.), Ms. Tabby’s Musical Theater Program (1:30-2 p.m.) and Propulsion
Dance Company (2:15-2:45 p.m.). Goldie's Express will be on site to sell delicious

Breakfast Association will present a Christmas Pilgrimage featuring the historic

Dec. 9: Detectives Comedy Dinner Theatre. The dinner theatre will start at

Dec. 10: Breakfast with Santa Magical Adventures in Candyland. The 15th
Annual Breakfast with Santa will be from 8:00 a.m.-10:00 a.m. at the Vicksburg
Convention Center, 1600 Mulberry Street. Tickets are $7 in advance and $10 at the
door. Raffle tickets are $1 for a chance to win a Christmas bag filled with toys and
electronics. Come and experience a magical time in a life size Candyland adventure

Dec 10: 12th Annual V105.5 Caroling Contest. The V105.5 Caroling Contest will
be at 6:30 p.m. at the Vicksburg Convention Center, 1600 Mulberry Street. $10,000
will be awarded in prize money to the finalists and participating choir directors. For

Dec. 10: Santa’s Slay. This event will begin with cocktails from 7:00 p.m. to 8:00
p.m. and event immediately following at the Bluff, 1509 Washington Street. Tickets to
benefit are $50 and will include a silent auction, celebrity models, and special
entertainment surprises. This is a benefit event to support the programs and services

Dec. 10: Confederate Christmas Ball. The Confederate Christmas Ball, formerly
the Balfour Ball will be held from 7:30 p.m. to 9:30 p.m. in the courtroom at the Old
Court House Museum, 1008 Cherry Street. Period dress is available to rent at the Old
Courthouse Museum. Admission is $60 per couple, $30 individual. A wine buffet is

Dec. 11: Christmas Cantata. The CSUMC Chancel Choir will present the Christmas
Cantata “A Celebration of Carols” by Joseph Martin at the 10:55 a.m. worship service

presentation of “A Celebration of Love” will include an orchestra with musicians from

Dec. 12: Burning off those Holiday Calories “Healthy Woman Lunch
Program.” This event is at 12:00 p.m. at Merit Health River Region, 2100 Hwy 61
North in Conference Rooms A&B. Linda Fondren, Founder, Director of Shape Up
Vicksburg, will share some important information and instructions about burning
those extra holiday calories. This is a free program for women of all ages. Lunch is

Dec. 12: Mingle at the Mansion at the Baer House Inn. This event is from 5:00
p.m. to 7:00 p.m. at the Baer House Inn, 1117 Grove St. Enjoy shopping as you stroll

Dec. 15: Excel Data Management 1. This event will be held from 8:00 a.m. to
4:00 p.m. at MSU Warren County Extension Office, 1100-C Grove St. This is an
advance Excel course instruction on how to integrate and manage data. Registration is
$20 for this class and participants must register by Dec. 12. For more information

Dec. 16: Excel Macros. This class will be from 8:30 a.m. to 4:00 p.m. at MSU
Warren County Extension Service, 1100-C Grove Street. This is an advanced excel
course that will teach on using Macros to be more efficient and productive. The
registration is $20 and registration must be done by Dec. 12. For more information
