OVERVIEW
Over 10 years ago, through my higher education in Management, as well as a personal
recommendation, I accepted a permanent full time position in my current workplace operating in
international freight & logistics.
Although I undertook this challenge of venturing into a new industry, I never resigned from working
with the disadvantaged, due in part to the relationships I formed. Caring has become my weekend
job. I have continued working simultaneously on both positions for over 10 years.
Two years ago, I added part-time studies for Nursing Degree to my continuous personal and
professional development, without interrupting my work life. I expect to complete the above
mentioned degree in 2019.

OPERATIONS COORDINATOR
Initially employed in receiving and dispatch, after 2 months promoted to a customer service role.
Couple of years later offered a position in export air freight operations. The role quickly extended
to export sea freight operations. With an added responsibility of assisting with import operations
and sales, promoted to the position of operations coordinator.

A company specializing in international freight forwarding, customs clearance, warehousing and

shipping process, by air and sea, from any place in Australia, to various countries around the
