3. Idea/Approach Details Idea/Solution/Prototype here:
We will ask different questions to students regarding their academics, will
take an aptitude test. Then we will analyze their response with the help of
our AI which will make a road map for their career as per their given
answers. Then it will suggest them some career path related to their goals
/interest. As this counselling is done at secondary level; the result will
include what to do after their secondary level such as: What stream to
choose after 10,Diploma courses, Polytechnic/ITI, etc. We will give them
all the career choices and will rank the options that are best for them.
We will also give them backup options also. We will make sure that
students get the best options for their career.

Technology stack :
 FRONT END DEVELOPENT: HTML/CSS for structuring and styling the web
pages. Java Script for interactive features and client side logic.
 BACK END DEVELOPMENT: We ae using Python as our programming
language because it’s our team expertise. We are using Django(Python) as
framework for building the framework.
 DATABASE: We are using MySQL for structured database because it allows us
to create, modify and extract data from the regional database.
 CLOUD SERVICES: We are using Google cloud for hosting and scalability. It
also enables us to make data available anywhere you are, anytime you need.

4. Idea/Approach Details
Used Cases:
 ACTOR: Student
⮚ GOAL: Receive Career Counselling
⮚ PRECONDITION: The customer has an internet connection and a web
browser. The customer knows the website address and has a valid payment
method.
⮚ MAIN FLOW:-
⮚ 1.The customer visits the website and sees the homepage asking for their
details such as: name, mail id, address, phone number.
⮚ 2. Now the career counselling will start; the customer will be asked around
20 questions regarding their career such as; their favourite subject, their
interest, life goals, etc.
⮚ 3. Now in order to avail the result, the customer will be asked to pay first.
Now the customer will enter their payment information. Once the payment
is successfully made, they will receive a confirmation mail.
⮚ 4. Now the results will be revealed as well as other features will be
unlocked such as: Live online interaction with our monitors, ranking the
best career options for them, regular checkup on customer, mental health
sessions.
⮚ POSTCONDITION: The customer will receive a confirmation mail, with
their payment receipt as well as their result, A mentor will immediately
contact them and will arrange a live online session to discuss the future.
⮚ EXCEPTION: If the customer enters an invalid or incomplete information
or payment information, the website displays an error message and asks the
customer to correct it.

Our project uses machine learning
framework such as Django(Python) for
building and training machine learning
models.
⮚ DATA LIBRARIES: Libraries like
NumPy and Pandas are essential for data
manipulation and preprocessing.
⮚ DATABASE SYSTEMS: Our project
involves data storage and retrieval; that’s
we need MySQL.
⮚ CLOUD SERVICES: We are developing
our project in the cloud; that’s why we
need services like Google Cloud along
with their SDHs and APIs.
⮚ MONITORING AND LOGGING
TOOLS: For tracking the performance
and behavior of our AI website; we need
tools like Prometheus or ELK Stack.
⮚ DOCUMENTATION TOOLS: Use of
documentation tools like Sphinx pr tools
for creating user guides and manuals can
be dependencies for documenting our
project.
