1. 2012-2013 CSUN FSAE
Constructing the nose of the formula car out of ‘PVC’.
Created a wood jig to continue building the car.

2. Building the ‘PVC’ for the engine and spool placements.

3. Mocking up for seating placement and driver ergonomics.

4. Measuring height from driver’s helmet to the point to point distance from the
highest points of the roll hoops.

5. Creating a flat plane to build a jig.
Placing the jig mounts to start building the chassis.

6. Chassis built with A-arms and uprights bolted into place.
Mock frame to test the adhesion of the aircraft fabric to the tubes.

7. Glue being applied to the mock frame.
Waiting a few minutes before applying the aircraft fabric.

8. Applying the aircraft fabric to the mock frame.
FSAE car built and ready for competition.
