Today Yoda has eaten have a biscut and I have not given her the Denamarin. I did not
give her breakfast.
Yoda is currently only taking Denamarin once a day. She has been off of Clavamox and
Metronidazole for a little over a week?
She seemed to be normal earlier in the day (yesterday, Saturday).
We went out to dinner and came back and found her:
Disoriented
Head-down
Ears-back
Lethargic – not her usual, happy to greet us, self.
I tried to give her a treat and as I touched her mouth, she yelped.
She seemed as though she didn’t know what to do with it.
She would normally devour her treat and beg for more.
She woke me at 2 AM out of her bed screaming, disoriented, and terribly frightened.
When I tried to comfort her, she quickly scrambled under the bed, seemingly to hide. She
never hides under the bed. I pulled her out from under the bed and put her in her own
bed next to mine and she calmed-down and went back to sleep. She never behaves this
way.
This morning she seems despondent, a little better than last night, but still, she appears
“different” not herself.
