Current Activities this Week:
Mass Excavation:
Remaining Mass Excavation Activities are ongoing.
Clarkson is working on backfilling On-Grade Seating
Walls, Rock Excavation, and getting to grade.
Site Utilities:
Installation of the new electrical ductbank has ceased -
approximately 150 linear feet is installed. Awaiting Area 2 – Rock Excavation at Column Line 13.
BPU resolution on manhole tie-in.
Boring of the service line and Sanitary Main Line
D is complete, installation of the piping is nearly
complete.
Storm Sewer installation (Line 6000) has started on
east side of France Family Drive.
Concourse Level Area 2 – Waterline piping
Foundations:
installation is complete. Chlorination of
Area 1 Field Level – Column Pad placement in Area 1
piping in progress.
is nearly complete. Installation of North Field Walls
and Intermediate Walls has started.
Area 1 Mezzanine Level – Last of E-Line is being placed
Today.
Area 1 Concourse Level – Column Pad E-29 is being
placed today. Remaining E-Line grade beam will be
placed tomorrow
Mezzanine Level Area 1 – Drilled Pier

2. Area 2 Field Level – Excavation for the footings is
ongoing to Column Line 16.
Soil Nail Wall:
Area 2 – Shotcrete installation on lifts 1-3 is complete.
Rock Excavation for final lift has started.
Structural Steel Erection:
Field Bowl – Structural Steel Erection has started at
Column Line 28. Field Level Area 1 – North Field Walls and
Intermediate Walls taking shape.
Deep Underground Plumbing:
Sanitary piping is installed to Column Line 20.
Underground Electrical:
Secondary service ducts have been installed from
Electrical Room 01.34.04 south past Column Line 27.
Projected Activities occurring next Week:
Mass Excavation:
Backfilling on-grade seating walls, rock excavation and
Field Level Area 1 – Structural Steel Erection
Grading work will continue in Areas 1, 2 and 3.

Chlorination of relocated waterline should be completed.
Installation of the Sanitary Manhole at the North end of

Column Line 16 will continue.

Area 1 Concourse Level – E-Line grade will be completed.
Soil Nail Wall:
Area 2 – Shotcrete wall installation on final lift will begin.

Erection of Structural Steel Sequence 1-1 will continue to the north.
