All Advertising Agreements between Stations KKGO FM, and KMZT AM and Advertisers on said Stations shall not provide for the broadcast of any announcements or content that contains language providing for discrimination based on race or ethnicity,
nor shall said Stations broadcast any language or content that advocates discrimination based on race or ethnicity. This requirement for nondiscrimination based on race or ethnicity shall be incorporated into all Advertising Agreements. Any Agreement
omitting the aforesaid non- discrimination restrictions shall be null and void. All Advertising Contracts for said Stations shall not discriminate against any individual or group because of race or ethnicity.

Go Country 105 & www.gocountry105.com to provide the following:
• 20 (15) Second spots to run beginning Monday through Sunday from 6am to 10pm to promote the
campaign with mobile call to action with #36957 (Over 500,000 listeners reached).
• Text bounce back to run Monday through Sunday for the campaign. Each time a listener texts the station
at #36957 over the week, they will receive a bounce back ad.
• Facebook (with shop now) and Twitter web cover take over to run beginning Monday through Sunday
during the campaign. (238,300+ impressions)
• Facebook or Periscope video interview to be scheduled with the artist the week of the campaign.
• (3) Social Media posts on Facebook, Twitter and Instagram to promote messaging.
• Digital Ads over the week including a takeover ad on the home page to run Monday through Friday
during the campaign, one time per day for each visitor to the GoCountry105.com web site. Campaign
will also receive a 728x90 fixed homepage banner and a 300x250 rotating cube to run Monday through
Sunday over the campaign. (140,000+ impressions)
• Rotating (15) second streaming pre-roll audio spot to run with banner ad/link from the Go Country
105 media player during the campaign (rotating / 9,500 impressions)
• Opportunity to create a Go Country 105 Rewards Club promotion inviting listeners to engage with e-
coupons & surveys.
• Inclusion on (1) non-exclusive e-mail blast that reaches over 65,000 listeners. Content to be 105
characters or less with logo/link which will be sent out on the Wednesday during the campaign.
