SJV is not a factory, it is a custom workshop with access to modern design tools and manufacturing resources as well as the wide range of traditional local craftsmanship.
Our work includes custom furniture, screens and feature walls for high end residential, hospitality and corporate venues. SJV’s clients include upper tier residential designers, commercial developers and luxury hotel brands. Our projects are approximately 50% / 50% residential vs. hospitality / commercial.

San Juan Ventures offers a wide range of custom furniture, architectural
elements and unique art and accessory pieces.
Our offices and manufacturing facility is based in Bali, Indonesia where
our designers, engineers, draftsmen and project managers work
alongside our talented carpenters.
San Juan Ventures provides our clients with a depth of design services
unique to manufacturing and supplier resources including:
- Knowledge and interpretation of a project to present ‘value
engineered’ solutions within our manufacturing capabilities to
simultaneously support a project’s design and budget parameters
- Collaborative Design Clarification process working closely with
consultants to assist them in taking a ‘concept’ to manufacturing reality.
- Involvement in our projects at all levels including designers,
consultants, owners and procurement teams
