GK Plumbing is a Small Medium Enterprise Construction Company and a Division of Gopolang Katlego
09 Trading CC, a transport company operating in the North West Province in Mafikeng. GK Plumbing
is currently operating in Johannesburg North, South, East and West but not limited to operations in
other provinces in South Africa. Our areas of expertise are: small and medium scale construction,
property maintenance, repair, and alteration projects: focusing on residential property and business
premises.
1.1 The Company
The company was founded by Mr. Kaelo Motshotlwane who is a Director and a General Manger of
the company. Gopolang Katlego 09 Trading CC T/A GK Plumbing began its operations in April 2012
and is currently in operation. Our marketing strategy provided us with a competitive edge to enter
the construction industry, starting with small and medium construction, property maintenance,
repairs and alterations of residential property. Our clients are an integral part of our business and it is
our business to ensure that all our clients, existing and new are always treated with respect and
provided with solution that best suit their needs and an exceptional service at all times. As part of
our growth and altered focus, GK Plumbing is planning to change its charter from a closed
corporation company to a limited company registered in South Africa. Allow us to share the

6. A PROFESSIONAL EXPERIENCE

The process that we apply when dealing with clients can be broken down into 5 basic steps:

7. 6.1 Initial Contact
Our office will arrange for one of our technicians/handyman to go to your property for an interview.
NB: Call out fee of R250.00 to be required for all new clients
6.2 Fact Finding
During the interview you will be required to provide personal information and nature of the repairs
and/or construction. A technician/handyman will then assess the repairs and/or construction using
appropriate tools.
6.3 Recommendation
We will then recommend a more effective way to conducting the repair and/or construction. This
process will include a comprehensive needs analysis to ensure that the repairs and/or construction
conducted are of acceptable standard and suited to the structure.
6.4 Implementation
We will send you a detailed quotation within 24 working hours from the time of the interview. On
acceptance of the quotation, work will resume immediately and/or once initial payment has been
made.
6.5 Review
On completion, you will be provided with a 6 months warranty on workmanship. We will contact you
in the first month after the repairs or construction and when the warranty expires.
