GUESS WHO’S COMING TO KICK-START 2009?
There’s an old New Year’s tradition called first-footing that says the first person who crosses the threshold on New Year’s Day brings luck. The tradition
varies from place to place – female first-footers tend to be regarded with dread. In Lancashire, a light-haired man is just as bad as a woman. However, as
long as they come bearing coal, salt, have some money in their pocket or a glass of whiskey in their hand, luck will be yours.
We’re all partial to a bit of New Year’s luck, which is why Kleeneze has picked someone very special to be our ‘first-footer’ at the New Year Showcase
2009! They won’t be carrying coal, but this person’s going to be incredibly important for your business. In fact, our surprise guest speaker has probably
shaped your business in some shape or form already whether you know it or not!
Officially announced on Saturday 25 October live in Vienna and then announced later to the entire Network, our Showcase guest speaker is going to
launch your year spectacularly! They’ve got some shoes to fill though!

THIS IS YOUR LIFE
To celebrate Peter and Myrna Wellock’s rise up the Sales Plan to Senior Executive Distributor level, their team decided to put on a very special night
to celebrate.
Our newest SEDs joined Kleeneze in 1998. After Peter’s successful career in the police service, they decided to invest their money into an Australian
fast food restaurant franchise. However, spiralling overheads meant the business collapsed and the couple lost their
whole investment.
In desperation, they turned to the small ads and stumbled upon Kleeneze. It was the turning point that led to an incredibly successful career in the
business. The couple have qualified for Conferences a far a field as Sun City and Sydney, but now their biggest goal of qualifying as Senior Executive
Distributors has been realised.
“They are a lovely couple who really deserve their success,” said Cath Lord, their team-mate and the organiser behind the This Is Your Life evening.
“They are always on hand to support and encourage their team (the Premier Group) - we are all thrilled with their new status.”
“We have now discovered that we have a bunch of scallywags in our team!” said Myrna and Peter
about the surprise evening. “Myrna and I could not believe what happened last night. Cath Lord had
orchestrated a This is Your Life theme and now we know why our daughter Louise spent so much
time in the loft going through old photos; but what a tremendous experience it was!
Firstly we had a message from Anne Binks played to us, which was wonderful, but then from
behind the screen appeared the real McCoy - Anne herself. What an incredible surprise.
The second surprise was when a recording of Rob Forster was played, who also made some very
Peter and Myrna with their
heart warming comments about us. The third surprise came when a recording of the one and only sponsor Ann Binks and newest
Michael Khatkar was played. How wonderful. It meant so much to us. We are only just now coming Gold Distributor Matt Lewis at

back down to earth!”
