policythatthe projecthas to follow.
Julianbroughtforwardgoodknowledgeof the systemandgoodqualitiesof the software and
engineeringof the systems. The systemshowedsome failuresandasWartsillawarrantyitemsthese
were solvedbyJulian,startingwithahalf workingsystemandleavingthe projectwithagoodworking
system.
