Office!?

The Ticket
Office is
centrally
located.
Regular Hours:
10am-4pm M-F
LOCATED
ON THE
MUB 3RD
FLOOR
We hate to be those
guys…but..
MUB Policy states that
if you are holding your
event in the MUB, and
charging admission,
then you need to use
the Ticket Office to
handle the finances.
REASON 1: YOU KIND OF HAVE TO…
But that’s no fun! We don’t want you to
use us because you HAVE to.
We want to work with you because you
WANT to!
Here are the other-and we think-better-
reasons to use the Ticket Office.
 Sure, you may have an
event that requires
extra box office time-
but the vast majority of
Recognized Student
Orgs can use the
services of the Ticket
Office for Free.
REASON 2: IT’S FREE (MOSTLY)
 We handle all the
money and all the
reporting. You just set
up the Ticket
Agreement and
advertise where they
can pay for their ticket.
REASON 3: IT’S CONVENIENT
 Accurate attendance reports so you can now collect dues and
trip registration!
 You have access to an email list of customers so you can send
updates or target advertising for future events.
 Customers can have a physical ticket or an e-ticket. Your org
will have access to a scanner so you can make sure each
person coming in has actually purchased a ticket-and didn’t
just print a copy of someone else's.
 No more need to check out a cash box
 No more walking around with other peoples cash/checks!
 Credit cards or cats cache are both accepted

before! That means you can
reach a wider audience of
both UNH Students and
community members.

ensure each customer
who buys a ticket has a

 Our staff wants your
events to succeed! And
will do their best to

that are asked of them

 Once you know you are going to be selling tickets, going on a
trip, collecting dues, or having a fundraiser-come talk with us!
