The IT manager of the Tampa-Hillsborough County Expressway Authority wrote a letter to EGP Inc. thanking them for taking over responsibility for service and maintenance of all desktop printers through a lease and maintenance agreement signed 8 months prior. The Kyocera printers leased from EGP have provided an excellent experience for users and any service needed has been timely and professional, relieving a weight from the IT manager's shoulders. The manager expresses being extremely happy with EGP as a company to work with.

To EGP,
I met Joseph Ricardo about 8 months ago when I began my search to find a
company that would take over the responsibility of service and maintenance of all
desktop printers. ln December 2Ot4 we signed an agreement to lease some
Kyocera desktop printers and signed a maintenance agreement for those printers
and our existing HP printers. This agreement was the best thing we could have
done. The Kyocera products are excellent. Every users has had a very positive
experience getting used to the new equipment. On the occasion we have had a
question or needed service it was timely and very professional. I am extremely
happy with EGP. A great Company to work with. Just the fact that the service of
any of these printers is no longer my responsibility is such a weight off my
shou lders !
Thanks EGP! Thanks JosePh!
Sincerely,
Shari Callahan, lT Manager
