Joseph
took
part
in
work
experience
with
Bridgedale
Outdoor
based
in
Newtownards.
During
which
he
showed
great
enthusiasm,
creativity
and
technical
knowledge
whilst
working
to
create
new
designs
and
concepts
for
the
brand
against
given
brief.
I
was
very
impressed
with
Joseph’s
ability
but
also
his
enthusiasm
and
willingness
to
take
ownership
of
projects,
tackle
new
challenges
and
see
them
through
to
their
finish
point.
