6. Combination of media Both the magazine advert and the CD cover complimented each other with a similar colour scheme and images that were the same. The music video involved bright colours but not the same as the advert or the CD cover. This created a link without it being bound to the advert and cover Although they do not immediately fit together, they do relate to each other because the video’s story depicts someone with extraordinary powers and the advert and cover have a superhero theme.
