Duties and Responsibilities :
 Interpret and executes approved shop drawing, method of statement and specification, as per
contract.
 To organize the work at site in accordance to the daily, weekly plan in order to ensure productivity
and quality is achieved based on the project schedule.
 Monitor the progress of the construction activities on a regular basis and hold regular status
meetings with all the sub-teams (Mechanical, Electrical, Plumbing, etc).
 Prepares progress report at site to the Project Manager on regular basis – highlighting the
requirements on site, material, labor, possible delays, etc.
 Prepare necessary documents for inspection to be submitted to the consultant.
 Evaluate and resolve any discrepancies on Architectural, Electrical, Mechanical, Plumbing, and
problems arising during construction which affect the quality of works performed
 Prepare estimate for balance materials during finishing stage. And ensure to have spare materials
during handing over of the project. Ensuring that all materials used at site are as per specifications.
 To execute all the works in accordance to the safety regulations and environment measures in
order to prevent any accident or injury to happen.

 Monitor the progress of the work to determine that it is completely in accordance with time duration
based on construction general schedule of the project.
 Check and monitor all labor and materials used that may lead variations to original work, the
objective is to ascertain the contractor’s claim for any addition and deduction to the contract
 Responsible for the evaluation of Contractor’s accomplishment including preparation of monthly
executive and over-all status report of the project.
 Prepare, coordinate and monitor delivery schedules of Owner-furnished materials and ensure same
are properly documented and stored properly to warehouse/lay-down areas.
