America’s is a division of SABMiller with revenues of over $300 million, responsible for exporting, licensing,
and marketing in countries in the America’s without brewing operations.
Supervise and mentor team of 17 employees; oversee finance organizations in Canada, Mexico and Brazil; and
manage third-party accounting firms in multiple locations. Manage Holding Company structure that includes
70% of SABMiller debt and cash flow, as well as all North America tax obligations. Lead monthly close and
reporting processes, manage five-year strategy, planning and reporting, provide financial analysis for strategic
projects and negotiations.

• Key member of small team that redefined the business in Canada, which will lead to $17 million in
additional profitability annually.
